Chick-fil-A should counter sue targeting homosexuals as a public
health menace.

This is a frivolous law suit if there ever was one. There is absolutely
NOTHING wrong with a corporate head saying that his personal view is that
marriage should be only between one man and one woman.

Gays and lesbians can take it or leave it. But they cannot sue.

Chick-fil-A can give 100% of its corporate earnings to fight gay and lesbian
causes, and there is absolutely nothing gays and lesbians can do except
refuse to participate in the accumulation of those profits.

If this case showed up in my court room, I'd toss it faster than a flaming
chicken, no pun intended.

Force all gays to have a TB certificate for the health department
inspections.

Active TB in food workers is a public health menace.

Chick-Fil-A should charge those Gay groups and persons in a law suit,
with violating their right to free speech by suing them and costing them
money to use their free speech, just like the PHOTO ID being required
costs people money to vote then this lawsuit costs people money to
exercise free speech. Then sue them for punitive costs to nail them to
the wall for frivolous law suits like that.

Suddenly they would think twice before suing for nothing but to cost you
money in lawyers fees. And We all supported Chick-Fil-A so maybe they
could file a cross suit for all of us....

So what they're basically saying, when all their rhetoric is boiled down
to its essentials, is that business owners in America no longer enjoy
either freedom of speech or freedom of religion.

Unfortunately in today's America, they can sue but they're very unlikely
to win.

Well, business owners certainly enjoy both the freedom of religion and the
freedom of speech, as long as the LGBT community approves it. It's okay to
hate-speech against people that are not gay or lesbian. Surely you know
that! Gays and lesbians are the pinnicle of tolerance, all that they say and
do is okay, but nothing you say or do about them is to be permitted in any
way at any time. This includes your speech that merely says, "I do not
approve of that and wish they would just shut up and move on. Come into my
business, or not. I simply do not care. And I will fold my profits into
activities that promote my faith."

I don't care who comes in the front door of my business, and they should not
care what happens to the money I take out the back door. It is my money, and
I will buy the stuff I want, whether you approve of what I buy or not. You
are not forced to line up in front of my store to buy my products, and now
that you know where I stand on issues that are important to you, I suspect
you will not volunteer to stand in line in front of my store anymore.
(Author's note, by the turnouts on Aug.1 and again on Aug. 3, I don't think
the sales at Chick-fil-A will be going down anytime soon. for every gay and
lesbian that buys a chicken sandwich at another store, there are three new
customers that will only buy chiccken sandwiches at Chick-fil-A from now
on.)

The gay and lesbian community can "feel" unwanted or unwelcome all that they
want, but the truth is there is no sign in the lobby that proclaims they are
not allowed to have a sandwich here. Just because they feel something does
not make it so.

And what about tort reform such that any party filing such a frivolous
suit be liable for court costs and costs to the defendant?

Chick-fil-a is based in Georgia which at least has loser pays court
costs, but , of course, LGBT will use either federal law, or Illinois
law, which encourages such ridiculous suits [See Herman Cain]

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
What about simply dismissing the suit as frivolous in the first minute of
court?

Because in the US, it first appeared in large numbers among the
homosexual community. Deaths among heterosexuals were not connected to
AIDS until later. And they didn't trace the origins to heterosexuals
until later.

Much like calling PTSD "shell-shock."

A name will evolve with understanding.

Because there are incompetent and/or evil judges, and the purpose of
tort reform is to balance the power of the judiciary with the
legislature -- something that people seem to forget is possible.
