World Open has been moved to Arlington Virginia 
  After nearly 40 years in Philadelphia, the World Open has been moved to Arlington Virginia. I do not know the reason for the move but there have been obvious problems with the Philadelphia locations. This will be the 41st World Open. Players who cannot play against opponents from Certain Countries
