USCF Issues Forum Member suspended for writing " USCF is in a very poor financial condition"

The USCF issues Forum hit a new low when a moderator suspended a forum
member for writing " USCF is in a very poor financial condition".
Everybody who has been following this knows that the USCF has been
tottering on the brink of bankruptcy for a long time, but even a mild
reference to this gets someone suspended.
The moderator posted in response:
With all the above taken into account, Mr. Daniel Williams-Lawrence/
dwl1945 must now answer the charges put to him either provide evidence
to substantiate his claims that the USCF is in a very poor financial
condition, on the precipice of financial failure, on the brink of
financial destruction, or any other way he has described the very
negative financial state he claims the USCF to currently be in.
His other option is to retract his statements.
Per the rules he is to answer these charges before posting further on
anything else.
