For an IOS is there any way to check available commands?

command not supported: "ip dhcp excluded-address vrf"

IOS (15.0(1)M6) doesn't support the function to exclude vrf dhcp.
I checked a router with 15.1(4)M and it does support the command.

Is there a way on a Cisco site to check what commands are supported?
