For some reason, Google+ has installed itself on my phone and I cannot
get to some pages like "saved websites" locations. When I hit Browser
on the home page, in the past, it would take me to the last site I was
at, with the button in the upper right corner to list all save pages.
Now all it will show is Google+ with no option to view other pages.... more »

How can I debug why my Sprint Note 2 won't tether to Windows?

I've tried to tether my Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 2 smartphone
to my Windows 7 laptop using a USB cable - but it never works. When I plug the smart phone in to the laptop, the phone says
it's plugged in as a USB device, but the PC doesn't recognize
it as a wireless data tethering.
What debugging can I do to figure out WHY it's not tethering?... more »

transferring a phone from Sprint to the iwireless MVNO

Sprint just raised our postpay monthly rate and is
refusing to back down. So.. not only do they bump
up the cost each month, but since we no longer
(supposedly no longer) need to pay back any "subsidy"
for the phone, that's a double hit.
