Is the quality of T mobil picture phones any good? Can they be transferred
to a computer without e mailing them?

depends on the phone and sync software that you have. i have SE T610. I just
use bluetooth file transfer to copy my pictures to my desktop.

Depends on what you mean by "good." As a photographer, I have yet to
find a picture phone (on any provider in the US) that delivered
pictures I liked. Most of them are 640x480 pixels maximum, usually
without a flash. They're good enough for quick snapshots, but little
more. Better camera phones have been announced, but I haven't seen
them ship in the US yet.
