From American Patrol website:

Barack Obama tells Russia to respect borders of Georgia and Ukraine

US President Barack Obama has told Russia's leaders they must respect
the sovereignty of their neighbours Georgia and Ukraine in a major
speech in Moscow.

"State sovereignty must be a cornerstone of international order,"
said Mr. Obama.
"Just as all states should have the right to choose their leaders,
states must have the right to borders that are secure, and to their
own foreign policies.
"Any system that cedes those rights will lead to anarchy. That is
why this principle must apply to all nations - including Georgia and
Ukraine."

American Patrol Report Comment: Obama says states must have the right
to borders that are secure, but he halted construction of the fence
that was securing the southern border of the United States.
In a recent report, the Justice Department declared that the U.S.
border was "underprotected," and "easily breached."

As we recently reported, Obama walked off and left the San Diego
Sector wide open when completion of an effective border fence would
have been simple matter. Other sectors are even worse.

"The mainstream media will let Obama get away with double-talking
nonsense, but we won't," said Glenn Spencer of the American Patrol
Report.

He is right. The US has ceded the right to a secure border and
already there is anarchy on our southern border, and it will surely
spread.

Absolutely. Obama's remarks bring back memories of Bush's comments to
Hank Brown of FEMA that he was doing "A heck of a job" in New Orleans
as corpses were floating in the water and there were dead people in
wheel chairs around the Super Dome who had died waiting for the help
that never came. There must be some kind of reality distortion field
surrounding the White House and the office of the President which
prevents them from seeing what ordinary Americans see. Americans are
buying guns and ammo because the Mexican Cong are invading the U.S.
like it was a Tet Offensive.

illegal
aliens infesting America.

Politicians do not give a shit about the American people. Most of them
anyway do not. Their only goal is to further their careers. Shell out
our money to their buds to get more votes for next time.
I guess no one told that dumb fucking Islamic Kenyan that Russia could
care less what he has to say. He thinks he can tell other countries how
to run their country. He is wrong.

I'm wondering if you are remembering S.I. Hyakawa who was president of
San Francisco State? He later served as a senator from California and
was one of the few senators who voted against giving away the Panama
Canal, IIRC.
