Hello, can someone help or tell me if its possible to find and replace ghost blocks in autocad 2010 LT?
Ghost blocks have appeared from our client, im not sure what software they use to extract data from their GIS but when we get hold of it, it has blocks which when double clicked to edit do not appear in the list of that drawing's current blocks!... more »

What is happening is I'm taking pics i find on internet and importing
into Majic Tracer. This program lets me do a "Vector convert". Now i
can save as a dxf and import into autocad. In autocad i can correct
any problems or do whatever.

Google sold it to Trimble so it's called Trimble Sketchup.
Apparently they removed the DWF reader in the later versions (the classic removing value from the freeware), so that's why
we didn't use it here.
If starting from scratch, it seems like the best two to start
with are Trimble SketchUp or Draft Sight.... more »

I don't actually know what I'm doing, but your suggestion to use Dassault DraftSight was right on the mark, at least for the 2D drawings.
I also have what was called 'isometric' views of what looks like angled views of the same things in DWF format.
Is that what I need to create a 3D rotatable drawing?... more »

Can't Select Row or Column Headers AutoCAD 2013 Table

Hello All, I've been working at updating our drawing templates in AutoCAD Mechanical 2013. I have created several new tables and modified them successfully. Now it seems that I am unable to select the row or column headers of the newly created tables in order to modify them. When I try to select the headers, it just deselects the table. If I click directly on the table, a caption with the table number and an asterisk preceding it appears (for example: "ACAD_TABLE (*T21)". What is confusing to me is that I was able to select the headers earlier in the same session, but can not now. When I create a new table in this template, I have the same problem. However, if I create a table in a different drawing, all works normally. That tells me that the issue is unique to this drawing. I am still able to select and modify one table cell at a time, but that is time consuming.I must have unknowingly turned on/off some option or another.
