Not quite sure what you are hoping to achieve here, can you give me more
details on what you have and what you hope to end up with. Versions of the
MX software and/or data would help too.

If you have MX in AutoCAD then this should be done for you automatically. If
you just have the MX drawing then there's a piece of software called
MXCHANGE that runs as an ARX app in AutoCAD that converts into DWG for you.

You might also like to try the new bentley.mx forum over on
news://news.viecon.com there will be more MX realated traffic there. You can
find details of  FAQ's, search tools, rules and details of other groups that
may be of interest at
