• All products under the Autodesk Umbrella such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk 3ds Max Design, Autodesk Inventor & Autodesk Plant among others
• Training & Implementation
• Support for subscribed users which includes management of customers licenses by giving them notification 2-3 months before their subscription expires so as to avoid costly late penalty/upgrade fees.
• This will also include quarterly visits by our technical representative, updates on what is new regarding programs and new features and all technical queries the customer may have.
• Also set up of Autodesk 360 which will connect your desktop to the cloud and to your mobile device to access our cloud services.
