The universal number assigned by the biometrics
becomes your worldwide identification number.
This was a serious proposal.
The authors are associated with Interpol (one is a staff member) and the U.N.
INTERPOL is essentially dependent on the NSA.
Consider it an NSA proposal to issue everyone a Universal Biometrics Card.
Everyone in the world.
