My church was built in the summer. There is tall 40' concrete walls.. It
was painted now there are white streaks coming up and down the outside
walls.
I tried to attach a pic but would not..
email me for one raveATusit.net swap the AT with @..
Like to know what it is and what causes it.

Don't laugh,, but,,, someone used a central vac, thinking it would pull
water from a spill.
It leaked out some joints in the wall, and there were streaks down the wall.
