I recieved a copy a couple of days ago and in my opinion so far it is
exactly as advertised.

There is a purple ball that should float when you relax. I tried for a
long time but nothing happened. Later at a fireplace there were
bellows you breath with and as you relax a fire starts and grows
bigger. I tried for a long, long time and nothing happened. Then I
closed my eyes and started to drift a little. When I opened them a
small fire was starting. As soon as I noticed it it went out. I
continued and found myself drifting off more. Looking again the fire
was bigger. I began to understand the connection and started feeling
the difference within myself and the effect it had on the screen.

Since then I've just begun to get the hang of judging my state of mind
and controlling it to do the tasks in the game.

It's really fascinating  and is doing exactly what I hoped. I'm a
nervous energy kind of guy with thoughts flitting around all the time.
I've always wanted to try yoga or meditation but never had the
patience to try it long enough to experience an effect. Also not
knowing what effect I was trying for made it difficult.

With this game there is enough visual stimulation to keep me in my
seat and the feedback very quickly lets me understand what it is in
myself I am affecting. The game has allowed me to experience a quiet
state that, I realize, is something that I have rarely experienced
except in the twilight before I go to sleep.

I'm looking forward to practicing more and gaining the skills to
control these states at will in my daily life. It's pretty exciting,
(Or quieting, as the case may be.)

Now if I can only get the Lady of the Woods to give me the magic bag,
I'd be really happy.
