Clearly that bank is a bunch of thieving bastards who are out to screw the
poor. We should *force* them to issue credit cards at low interest rates
with low fees to those good people. (Never mind that those good people are
likely to never, ever, pay the money back).

Those guys are not so bad.
Title loan and payday lenders have annual fees of almost 500%.
They make all their money by borrowers never paying them anything.
(They make it up in volume.)
