A new, revised edition has appeared.
http://tiny.cc/yyv57
I managed to read a few recipes from one link (that I can't seem to
replicate) and the only differences that are obvious are a few photos and
trilingual weights and measures, i.e., cups, oz & grams.
Glowing reviews, of course, but a few readers are less than pleased. Those
types want their hands holding, it seems.
I checked my local big bookstore but couldn't find the copy that they claim
to have in stock, so I don't know what other revisions have been made.

Looks good, but slightly dearer with Amazon UK at £19.06 = CDN$ 30.11,
further to ship I guess.
Is the bubbly bread on the front cover a ciabatta??

Looks like it. It's a classic. For every breadmaker's bookshelf!
