FWIW - I detest McD's. Could never see the attraction of cardboard
hamburgers and fry's.

Italy was the birthplace of the slow food movement. As you can guess
from its name, it was a reaction against fast food. That whole
philosophy was what drew me back into baking my own bread. If you hurry
the act of eating, then you have to accept what others offer you. Then
you're putting God knows what down your throat and it's not enjoyable
either. Never mind the health issues, if you get real satisfaction from
the food you eat, then you're enjoying life more. End of story. Who
ever had a lingering memory of a meal at McDonald's?
