Ok, folks. Here are the photos of the flatbreads and the blow-up
loaves.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/25648800@N04/sets/72157628984319123/
Just for reference, the flatbreads are about 12"-14" across, while
the two smaller loaves 1.5 lbs, and the larger one weighs 3 lbs.
Hey, they look cute and I am not sure anyone would know that I had
intended different slashing, but what the heck.

There is nothing quite like a $100 loaf of bread.
One of my kids is teaching in Taiwan and shipping anything to him is
so outrageously expensive that we reel from it every time we pack up a
box.

Thank you. I do not know which I like more, making the bread or
finding the right angle to photograph it.

Actually you didn't intend different slashing you were merely "letting
the materials speak for themselves" or "applying aleatoric principles
to the slashing of bread dough".

I raised my loaves as I raised my kids, with gently urgings as to the
what I considered the proper path for growth, then let them make their
own decisions.
The kids have turned out even better than the breads.
