The Porsche Book: The Complete History of Types and Models is a 3-
volume set in a slipcase packed with over two thousand black and white
and color photos and nearly a hundred illustrations. It comes from a
Porsche insider and Le Mans winner and provides the definitive
technical history of the car and its designs. It originally appeared
in 1977 but this first English-language edition in decades will appeal
to any in-depth library strong in auto history and lore.
