Also, is there a pronunciation guide to names and places anywere? I have
found a few on Crydee.com, but not a big list. I know from listening to
some of the audio books, the pronunciations differed drastically between
readers. Condoin was one that comes to mind immediately...
Thanks,
BW
There were some problems with 1) the handoff from Dabel Brothers to
Marvel and 2) Marvel's scheduling due to production and talent issues.
Should be OK for the future. After "Riftwar" which is the last 3rd of
Apprentice (the first half of Magician) comes "Master" which should be
18 months straight.
Best, R.E.F.

Did you look at the number on the cover? 5 of 5 ? and at the publication
information at Crydee

What you see is what you get, they have been accumulated from Ray over
the last 10 years If you don't think that is a big list , I don't know
what is :). If you want to add to the list send in a list . Or even
better if you know of a program to break words into the segments even
better. It may not be 100 perfect , but would be better than what
exists.
Anything submitted would likely get added to next years round of
Encyclopaedia updates

Books to read, and shelves to fill,
Ray's great books, just fit the bill.
I was just afraid they cancelled the comic - like they seem to do to all
good things.
As for the list, it is appreciated, but my 9 year old seems to want to
question my pronunciation on everything anymore! I think you would have
to lock REF in a room for about a year to complete the entire "guide"
for all his books.
Wouldn't REF have to review anything I submitted though? I mean I could
try to say that Condoin is pronounced Cond oin but maybe he had in mind
the French type like in the audio book Cond wahn (something like that -
you see why I would be a bad choice to submit something like a guide
too!) He would seem busy enough buying playoff tix and all. :-)
Anyway, thanks for all the assistance and I am glad it is just a hitch
in the giddyup at Marvel.

Most of the Names are quite easy , they just need breaking down into
their segments, it just takes time :)
