Contacting anyone involved with The Mammoth Book of Ghost Stories

Hello

Does anyone know how it would be possible for to contact anyone
involved with the publication of Ronbinson Publishing's Mammoth Book
of Ghost Stories (edited by Richard Dalby)

I realise its about 19 years too late but there's a story in that
collection whose copyright status I'd like to check up on. (no
copyright for that particular tale is credited in the front of the
volume and I have a pretty shrewd suspicion towards its state. Still
best to show I've made all attempts to find any owner)

I should think Richard himself checked all the copyrights, and pretty
thoroughly if I know Richard, but I fear I don't have his email
address.

Ahhh I was somewhat suspecting that. (Given the disclaimer at the
front)

This wasn't intended as any slur against the Mammoth Book of Ghost
Stories, I just wanted to be doubly sure there wasn't anything else
about
this certain short story's copyright.
