Not yet.
I don't recall David ever mentioning anything sequel-like, either.

IIRC he doesn't see much point for one. The humans fought off the
Kangas initial attack and proceeded to win the war in the original
timeline. With the superior technology and foreknowledge of the
Kangas' attack the initial battle and the war following it is going to
be decidedly one sided and that just isn't fun to write for a novel.
OTOH I can see the possibility of a short story, seeing the Kangas'
reaction to a human fleet out numbering their first strike by a good
margin "just happening" to be in the perfect position and heading to
intercept them as they drop out of hyperspace would be amusing.
I just finished reading it. It was mentioned in several places through the
book after Ludmilla connected with the Military about this not being her
universe, things would be different, it's another timeline, and the theories
she told them of from her world about the Transfer's possible effects on the
time shift. Himself left openings and possible loose ends in the book.
There is the world's reactions to reverse engineering the Troll's fighter
and secret plots and subterfuges of all the nations involved. The hunt for
Ludmilla by various groups who want her knowledge, or once rumor leaks
about her symbiote, her body to see about altering it so it could be given
to the powerful to give them long lives. there is an accident involving
Ludmilla that results in her blood getting to others and killing them.
Imagine the results when the autopsies reveal the symbiote and the hunt is
on for the carrier of the new highly lethal disease. That the timing of the
Kanga's attack is different in this universe and mankind is fighting among
themselves because they've come to believe it's not going to happen. Or that
the kanga in this universe don't arrive using bussard ramjets but arrive
using a primitive multi-dee which doesn't show that warning bright light
that was seen in Ludmilla's universe.
There are ways to run farther with the story. it would just tend to be more
mundane sci-fi. Not what Himself has such a flair for. :)

Why would there be? The story is done. They'll have no problem at
all with the Kangas the second time around. If the Troll's fighter
could be refit for humans she could probably take out the initial
invasion all on her own. The Kangas of back then won't have battle
screen nor any way to punch through it--she could rip them to pieces
with powergun fire.
