Many people know, both in the establishment and media, and. among the
general public. Despite an absence of its. target from the UK for more than
two. years, the echoes of paranoia can still be heard loud and clear from
across the water. When. it started in 1990, the only people who knew were
those in BBC television who were. spying on my home, and a few radio
broadcasters. There were a. few cases of public harassment, but very little
compared to the situation that. developed a couple of years later.
The list today includes BBC TV staff. (newsreaders such as Martyn Lewis,
Michael Buerk,. Nicholas Witchell), people from radio stations such as
Chris Tarrant of Capital. and Radio 1 DJs, people in the print media, but
also many people in the. general public. All united in a conspiracy which
breaks the laws which the. UK does have regarding harassment, and all
completely uncaring. for any semblance of decency or elementary respect
for individual. rights.
The British police (obviously) do know the nature of. the harassment and in
all probability the identity. of those behind it. Some time ago I made a
complaint. to my local police station in London, without positive result.
The UK police are failing in their duty to see the law. enforced in not
checking. the abuse.

Every time I go on line ro read Usenet I have to mark the group read so that I
can skip empty groups (I count groups with his junk as empty, because there is
nothing in them to read.
But why every two hours?
It's bad enough having to go through every group and "Mark all read" when he
posts once a week", but doing that three times a day is too much.

And have you noticed how he (or they) have finally figured out that most
killfiles go by address, so that recently the paranoid posts have started
using a string of different ones on free mail services? Or perhaps
homelessness is at the bottom of it all; winter weather is more common in
the US of late (and I imagine in England), and I imagine that staying
seated indoors in a heated space where public computers tend to be kept has
some real advantages, until they insist you give a turn to someone else...

Aha! Numbers stations. This reminds me of what you used to get, and may still get, on shortwave radio. Usually some
woman reading a series of 4-digit or 5-digit numbers, in English or Spanish normally. Years later they turned out to be
the intelligence services contacting their operatives in the field.
I also noticed a long time ago people using more than one obscure newsgroup to communicate dual-channel the way ham
radio folks do. Unless you're really lucky, you only get one side of the conversation.
My point is that you can use Usenet for things other than what it was designed for, and things are not also what they
seem to be.
