I have a first degree in Theology and a Masters in Ecclesiatical
History.
My special areas of interest are John's Gospel and twentieth century
church history but I love just sharing about the Lord and His Word.
I look forward to hearing from someone.

I am not familiar with English schools, but I assume a first degree is like an
bachelor's degree. What did they teach you in Theology about the history of
the bible. Written by Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John or by annonymous authors?
Just wondering?

"Would someone kindly tell me what this
group is all about and the sort of issues
we discuss."
This newsgroup has participants representing
a wide range of beliefs from Biblical Christianity
to every variation of strange heresy to atheism.
Scripture is discussed, but more often in the
context of apologetics. This is no place for anyone
who isn't prepared for the frank discussion of ideas.
Anything relating to theology is debated. At the
moment, the Genevan Rodent is battling Mormons
in one thread, God-haters from alt.atheism in
another thread, a liberal Bible revisionist someplace
else, arguing the DP (death penalty), and fighting
Post Modernism. Other than that stuff, nothing is
happening here !
