Lots of confusion, frustration and disillusionment reigns in man-styled
christianity because they believe they are in New York (i.e. the born again
life) and they are yet to get out of Mexico (i.e. the world). There is this
impossible struggle to live life as if they are in New York, striving to
change those streets in Mexico into streets that are in New York.

That's why week after week, year after year, you stand in your services with
the preacher saying, we should be like this, we should be like that, get out
there and be what you are supposed to be.
Vanity. All vanity.
You haven't laid down your life, and many of you think you can negotiate
'your way' around that.
You can't.
