 PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Initial responsibilities include the following. However, specific projects/initiatives may change over time: TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong understanding of sales/marketing operations, management of campaigns, setting up and measuring KPIs on CRM tools like salesforce.com Strong project and process management skills Knowledge and experience using standard IT productivity tools (MS-Office, Internet applications, and reporting tools) Ability to use Business Information database to report out on day to day support requirements for inside sales staff. Knowledge of Adobe Omniture tool a plus. Maintenance of all process/tool documentation related to sales and operations functions of tiers. SOFT SKILLS Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong change management skills Attention to detail and quality control Ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders with minimum guidance Positive attitude towards learning and new technology BACKGROUND Bachelors degree with at least 4 years of work experience At least 3 years of working experience in managing campaigns and activities on salesforce.com or similar tools At least 3 years of advanced experience in CS5, MS Excel and PPT. Experience working in a global environment, managing multiple stakeholders Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model
