Description: Primary Responsibilities:

• Interact with internal clients and external organizations to create requirement specifications. Design, build and maintain complex Interactive Web and Windows applications.
• Responsible for users' problem reports, performs problem analysis and implements solutions on complex software applications; leads team of developers in diagnosing and implementing solutions to complex system-level problems.
• Assume the lead responsibility in the design and creation of flexible data models in an RDBMS environment using Oracle and SQLServer.
• Analyze existing business processes, designing automation where necessary.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience .Net (VB or C#)
* 5 years ASP.NET
* 5+ years experience Java Script or VBscript and DHTML
* Understanding of XML, DTD, etc.
* Experience developing basic packages, functions, stored procedures and database triggers
* Experience building Web Services a plus
• AJAX experience a plus
* Flash experience a plus
• Advanced skills in 3 development technologies
* Experience with IIS
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle database development environment.
* Proficient at project and resource management
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Ability to translate business objectives into programming initiatives and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to positively influence people both internally and externally.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience.
