Description: Aavalar Consulting has been contracted to provide an RF Engineer for one of the fastest growing technology companies in the Northeast Corridor.

Position Title: RF Engineer

Work Location: Southern New Jersey

Why is this position open? Growth

Size of department: TBD

Projects involved with: Planning technical aspects of various leading projects including design, testing, and use.

Responsibilities:
" Design RF circuits, impedance configurations, etc.
" Design, test, simulate, RF HW designs for various components.
" Foster ideas for new products, research and experiment
" Develop a complete product/system independently or collaboratively
" Mentor Junior Engineers

Required Skills:
" Degree in Electrical Engineering
" Ability to design receiver/transmitter applications from low MHz
" Technical skills involving RF circuit theory, Certification standards, exp. with analyzers etc.

Desired Skills:
" Design of various VCO circuits with a decade of lock performance
" Exp with Varacter based tuning methods/ slope compensation
" Antenna calculations
