THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• As a product engineer at this facility you will develop action plans to implement new optical


concepts into existing/new products
• Collaborate with other engineering groups
• Monitor and control assigned programs
• Participate in process, product, and equipment cost analyses
• Design of optical components
• Coordinate injection molding of optical components


Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering
• Minimum 7-10 years in industrial, academic, or military optical engineering
• High level of crative skill and problem solving ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to integrate work with both imaging and non-imaging systems and non-optical sub


systems
• Ability to develop others through support, training, delegation, and personal leadership
