Description:      
At time the position may be more administrative in nature, so the person would need to be flexible with the daily duties as needed.  
Looking for someone with a Compensation Analyst background who is savvy in SAP and possibly has Cognos Reporting Skills to run reports out of SAP  Conducts job analysis and job evaluation exercises Ensures salary adjustment and bonus programs are implemented correctly and in a timely fashion each year Owns administration of Special Recognition and Total Reward Programs involving significant systems interfaces and partnership with external vendors Ensures effective implementation of special projects such as Stock Options Programs, Stock Purchase Programs, Cash-Based Long Term Incentive Programs, etc. Responds to, completes and analyzes Compensation Survey information in order to construct accurate Compensation Profiles on internal positions Creates internal Market Profiles using market data Implements company compensation structure.  Ensures established Compensation Policies and Procedures are followed and makes recommendations for existing Policy & Procedure modification Collaborates closely with Payroll to ensure effective implementation  Demonstrates requisite ethics and professionalism in role
