The company has extensive contacts within its Fortune 500 client base and is able to access a large pool of talented and responsive professionals with proven records of accomplishment in both the technical and business fields. We are currently seeking a candidate who will work within the Sales/Customer Service Dept, processing claims and returns in SAP. The role entails receiving the customer claims/requests for returns, damages, short ships, etc. Each claim is researched and paperwork compiled to justify the requested credits or debits. Providing claim tags to customers to ship product to the disposal company for destruction (we cannot take back controlled substances and resell, so they are all destroyed). Heavy interaction internally with customer service, finance, and sales reps; externally with customers, wholesalers, shipping providers. Looking for a really sharp candidate. previous SAP experience is nice but not a MUST, and the role is very trainable for someone without it. Strong technical skills are a must, at least intermediate Excel and preferably someone who has worked with SAP or similar system in the past. Accuracy and thoroughness are extremely important, but so is timeliness - due to the nature of the rules around controlled substances. Previous pharma experience is also looked on favorably, but not required. ATS offers health coverage, 401K participation, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance.
