Description:   Support large team of underwriters drafting and reviewing retrocession and reinsurance contracts, confidentiality agreements, trust structures, and commutations.

Shall:

*** Research statutes and regulations and advise on compliance issues.

*** Train underwriting staff.

*** Develop and improve contract standards.

Candidate must possess good standing with the state bar and at least 5 years relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications: Experience providing legal support in international locations: Europe, Latin America, Asia, or Pacific Rim
