Description:   FORTUNE 100 FOOD/CONSUMER MFG COMPANY IS SEEKING A TALENTED TPM MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR GROWING TEAM. 

The primary purpose of this position is to Drive the Lean Operation system based on an integrated approach for Operations, emphasizing the elimination of waste and value stream continuous improvement.  This position is the liaison between industrial plants and the Operations Team with respect to the transversal deployment of Lean Operations.  This position reports to the Industrial Performance Director and works transversally with other CI experts and leaders.  Another important aspect of the position is for the individual to Train and Develop the Organization on deployment of Lean Ops, FDS, and SPC/Quality principles.

D.Special Qualifications Necessary aEducation a 4 Year College Degree in an Engineering Discipline or Sciences aWork Experience a Minimum Ten (12) years processing/manufacturing/operations experience aContinuous Improvement Experience a Minimum 5 years in Lean and/or TPM in a plant site management or organizational capability development role aUnderstanding of and proficiency in Change Management and Value Stream Transformation aStrong written and verbal communication skills aAbility to lead/influence others aStrong financial and analytical skills to drive complex analysis aComputer skills aResults oriented mindset aTravel a ability to travel 50 - 75%, both domestic and international
