 Brain Injury Therapist - Case Manager - Philadelphia, PA
 MossRehabs Drucker Brain Injury Center currently has a full time position for a Brain Injury Therapist/Case Manager in our Philadelphia, PA &nbsp;location.
 In this role, you will assume immediate responsibility for:
 Clinical case management, including coordination of rehab plan, evaluation and treatment of CRP clients in hospital and community setting
 If you possess the following, please apply immediately:
 Masters Degree in health care related field preferred or Bachelors degree with 5 years of related experience
 Two or more years experience with brain injured population preferred
