Description:   Job Description We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with strong project management experience to assist the client in leading and overseeing the development of Consumer and Enterprise Mobile applications. This position requires proactive leadership and a strong technology background, seasoned in customer interactions, adept at gathering requirements and the ability to identify project issues and work to develop solutions. The ideal candidate must have an ownership mentality and a strong evangelization attitude to help lead the client as well as demonstrating knowledge and the ability to get things done.  This candidate must also have a general knowledge of IT metrics, budgeting, benchmarking and optimization in order to easily understand the clientas requirements and implement them.

Requirements aMinimum of 15 years of experience in software development with at least 10 of it as project or program manager aProactive leadership in providing the vision and tasks required to make the customer a success aAbility to anticipation and proactive track, record, remove, and escalate impediments aBacheloras degree aMinimum of 5 years of experience working with IT service performance metrics aAbility to analyze and interpret all IT performance and operational metrics to identify trends and forecast opportunities aThorough knowledge of IT operations at the level to define key performance measurements aAbility to work with teams and facilitate tasks and resources to ensure objectives are being met aStrong oral and written communication skills  aStrong problem solving skills aAbility to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support client business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders aAbility to develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents aEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. aLiaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis aAbility to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and make the appropriate recruitments aAbility to draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. aDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel aPlan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Microsoft Project aDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations aProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans aDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle aCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work aResponsible for reporting of risks and developing risk mitigation plans  aFacilitates team progress, with a focus on delivering business value quickly aMust possess solid oral, written, presentation, and strong interpersonal skills aBachelor Degree aUnited States Citizenship
