Position Objective: Responsibilities include planning, development and execution of CLIENT Media (Paper) demand generation and print stimulation promotions in the U.S. Retail channel such as marketing programs, customized Media SKUs, merchandising or other projects which support key objectives of revenue, market share and customer retention. Drive alignment across supplies categories, HQ retail accounts and field sales teams. The ideal candidate will have CLIENT experience in Programs and/or Product Management, effective verbal and written communications, strong skills with Microsoft Office products, and proven experience with messaging, merchandising and agency management. Additionally, attention to detail and project management skills are critical. Core Responsibilities: Manage Media demand generation, Media print stimulation and Supplies ASP aging o Media Demand Generation: National Programs, Promotions Calendar and Account Specific Program (ASP) aging and tracking resolution o Media - Print Stimulation: Grow usage with various projects: 1. launch new SKUs, 2. develop customized Media SKUs, 3. implement value-add promotions such as a FREE Card Pack/Idea Kit with the purchase of Ink and 4. identify other opportunities. o Supplies: ASP aging and other projects Translate CLIENT Media (Paper) category and channel objectives into appropriate demand generation programs and print stimulation activities for retailers (in-store, online and out-of-store). Collaborate with resellers, sales force, other consumer marketing teams and category marketing teams to understand business needs and desired outcomes to meet business objectives. Actively manage vendors who provide various program management services such as creative, production, in-store merchandising / fulfillment and outlet coverage/deployment Deliver on business fundamentals: maintain audit compliance, Standard Business Conduct standards, and budget management. Proactive conflict resolution with Reseller and internal CLIENT. Key Linkages and Relationships Management Internal: CLIENT Supplies Category team CLIENT Sales Teams Including Directors, Sales Managers and Sales Reps CLIENT Marketing and Communication Teams CLIENT Customization and Shipper Display Team CLIENT Shopper Marketing & Channel Insight Teams External: Retail Channel: OPSS, CES, Mass & Clubs, and 2nd Tier Outsource Sales Agencies (3rd party, in-store sales/merchandising partners) Creative Agencies: Lead key creative agency and drive in-store deliverables Experience: Sales and/or marketing (2-5 years) working with or for top tier national and regional retailers. Experience preferably in: Client / technology products / printing consumables / retail consumer channels. 1-3 years proven promotion creation and demand generation measurement experience necessary. Proven program and project management skills. Creative agency leadership/management experiences a plus. Financial/budget responsibility greater than 1MM annually. Proven program management results from initial creation to execution and measures. Ability to deal with multiple, complex, dynamic issues and projects in parallel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong business financial understanding. Proven negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills necessary
