JOB OVERVIEW   Monitor reportable medical device cases identified in a tracking tool and address deviations/discrepancies to ensure timely MDR submissions to health authorities.  Manage safety related projects and safety commitments made to health authorities to ensure timely completion and robust documentation practices.  Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.  Prepare meeting summaries that include decisions, agreements, and actions.  Actively track, follow up, and close out action items.  Proactively identify issues and develop strategies for assuring commitment timelines are met and assuring quality deliverables.  This includes issue escalation, risk management, contingency planning, and creative "outside the box" thinking. Develop project status reports, timely communication of project status, changes, risks and issues to senior management.
