Description:   Statement:

        Responsible for the management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product     initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures) within this Infrastructure area. Sometimes referred to as the internal consultant, individuals typically work on multi-disciplinary projects and require a broad knowledge of the firm and  its key functions. These projects necessitate full time commitment and are not undertaken by incumbents whose primary role is elsewhere. Strong quantitative, analytic, and project management skills are also required. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems. Works under normal supervision.  Follows established directions.  Work is reviewed for accuracy of technical analysis and overall adequacy.  Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgments or recommendations may cause delays in program schedules and result in  the allocation of additional resources. Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.  College Degree or equivalent experience; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred.

        Typically has 2 - 4 years related experience            Skill level: Junior (2 - 4 years related experience)            Skills:

        -Minimum of 2 to 4 years of demonstrated Project Management experience with all aspects of the project lifecycle        -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.       -Ability to communicate with and influence business.    -Demonstrated leadership skills with emphasis on tactical analysis and strategy         -Must have good organization, presentation, and customer service skills         -Ability to identify, document, communicate and resolve Project Issues & Risk in a timely manner.           Preferred Skills:

         -Secondary mortgage industry experience
