Our direct client is looking for a e-Discover Project Manager for a contract-to-hire position.

Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for day to day management of client projects and tasks     Delivery of world class client service through exceptional communication skills, product and industry knowledge, effective expectation setting and passion for high performance     Creation and Execution of project plans, managing projects to milestones, ensuring deliverables are met, etc     Conduct project kickoff calls, articulate companys service capabilities and clearly articulate roles and responsibilities upon starting a project - both internally and with the client     Develop, maintain and demonstrate subject matter expertise not only on companys service offerings and capabilities, but also industry developments and competitors offerings     Demonstrate leadership by example within the team and mentor team members on industry and company processes and procedures      Assist team manager with identification and development of best practices to be shared with and across groups     Cross Training team members and others on their particular subject matter expertise     Consistently act with a sense of discipline on daily tasks     Work effectively with all members of the service team from clients services, operations, sales and more     Identify risks and escalate issues before they become major, client impacting issues      Act with a sense of professionalism

Skills & Experience:

    5+ years of experience in the e-discovery industry     Understanding of all aspects of the EDRM     Advanced knowledge of litigation support terminology and various databases     Possess exceptional communication, organization and leadership skills     Experience leading and managing e-discovery projects     Take charge mentality that enables the individual to manage many simultaneous projects     Strong understanding of contracts, pricing and service level commitments     Excellent Microsoft Office skills for the purposes of internal and external communication, tracking and reporting     Place an extraordinary amount of value on teamwork     Ability to do whatever it takes to exceed the expectations of clients and internal colleagues alike      Project management and project planning skills
