in our Retail Store, your responsibilities will include:
<br><br>Ø Overall sales productivity and management of a team of
sales professionals <br>Ø Management of store operations
including, inventory, cash handling, merchandising and store
readiness. Quality of the customer service experience within the
store <br>Ø Hiring, training, and motivating the sales and the
operations team <br>Ø Managing customer escalations to resolution
<br><br>To be considered as a qualified candidate you must have:
<br><br>Ø AA. or 4 year degree or equivalent training and work
experience in a management capacity <br>Ø 2 years of
retail/customer service leadership experience preferred <br>Ø 2
years retail sales or sales related customer service experience
<br>Ø Proven experience with cash control, staffing, scheduling,
and inventory management <br>Ø Proven ability to work effectively
in a fast paced and demanding team environment <br>Ø Ability to
multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision <br>Ø
Excellent computer skills <br>Ø Effective communication skills,
both written and oral <br>Ø Ability to work in a face-paced, team
environment <br>Ø Positive attitude with a skill for finding
solutions to everyday issues and the ability to handle conflict
<br>Ø Outgoing, professional and friendly personality <br>Ø
Ability to lift over 10lbs and be on your feet for the majority
of the day <br>Ø Flexibility to work various retail hours,
including weekends, evenings and holidays <br><br>We also prefer:
<br><br>Ø Wireless experience <br>Ø Bilingual Spanish
<br><br>This position could be located in various stores in South
Coast locations. Assistant Managers may be required to cover
multiple stores on a rotating basis. <br> Additional Information:
<br> Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of
a background investigation and drug screen. This position is not
eligible for relocation expenses. <br><br>Reasonable
