Sales Operations team is responsible for all aspects of store
operations, including:. <br><br>? Accept payments, credits,
and debits to customer accounts. <br>? Assist customers in their
understanding of all financial entries on customer accounts.
<br>? Daily audit and reconciliation of cash report and bank
deposit including: reconcile daily
financial transactions with cash
register report, research and bill installations with cash
register report, research and bill installations/service work
orders, etc. <br>? General office duties such as ordering
supplies, distributing information, stocking and display of sales
literature, maintaining accurate files of service applications
and other duties as assigned. <br>? Answer phones and provide
customer service for call-in customers, update customer accounts,
demonstrate equipment to customers, sell parts and accessories,
etc. <br>? Greet customers as they enter the store, evaluate the
customer?s wireless needs and facilitate the in-store experience.
<br>? Ensure the store is operationally ready at all times.
<br><br>To be considered as a qualified candidate you must have:
<br><br>? 2 year degree or equivalent work experience in retail
sales/retail customer service <br>? 2 years of retail
operations/customer service experience <br>? Excellent computer
skills <br>? Effective communication skills, both written and
oral <br>? Ability to work in a face-paced, team environment
<br>? Positive attitude with a skill for finding solutions to
everyday issues <br>? Outgoing, professional and friendly
personality <br>? Ability to lift over 10lbs and be on your feet
for the majority of the day <br>? Flexibility flexibility to work
various retail hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays
<br><br>We also prefer: <br><br>? 4-yr degree in business,
accounting, retail store management or related field <br>?
