JOB OVERVIEW dinaliC LLC is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its Recruiting & Staffing concerns as well as its Business Development. The ideal candidate: Will have Excellent Oral & Written communication skills in English. Will have a working knowledge of Word & Excel. Will have a good work ethic and be able to work independently. Will be able to work on multiple projects with the ability to learn and understand technical job descriptions. Will have a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced environment. Will be able to generate and qualify leads for the Business Development Team. Will have excellent organizational and time management skills. Will have a working knowledge of CRM programs. Will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data in reporting. Will be a team player. Must be able to type at an acceptable rate Education: Bachelors Degree plus 0-3 year/s of experience. A candidate that possesses knowledge in Human Resources/ Recruiting/ Sourcing functionalities and have technical web based knowledge or skills in social networking will be given preference. Experience working in a business environment is preferred.
