Description:   s    7+ years hands-on development experience with MicroStrategy Platform including Desktop, Architect, and Dashboard Design. s    5+ years of experience in full software lifecycle including all stages of design, development and testing of Business Intelligence solutions.  Experience leading business intelligence teams through the lifecycle.s   Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.s   Understanding of common data warehousing methodology and architecture.  Strong SQL skills in an Oracle and/or Netezza environment.  Experience with SQL tools such as Toad or Aginity. s    Experience in supporting multiple business customers and projects. s    Experience as a business analyst transforming client requests into technical requirements.s    Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with technical and business team members.s    Strong oral, interpersonal, and documentation skills.s    Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize and work in a highly fluent and fast paced environment.
