Full-time mechanic will be assigned to a specific shift. Person will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on bakery production machinery. Duties may include maintenance of building and support equipment. Associate must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Must be a Team Oriented
Position Requirements
Electrical knowledge is a must
LME Certification Preferred
Must possess own tools
HS Diploma required
Ability to lift 50-80 lbs.
Must be able to read and follow written procedures
Ability to work off ground level with proper safety equipment
Ability to work in both hot and cold environments.
Ability to be flexible working independently on projects while keeping lines of communication open with other team members.
