Description:   Job Title: Programmer 5          THERE ARE TWO POSITIONS. Interviews are 11/28 & 11/29- 9:00,10:30, 1:00, 2:30.              During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offerors proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.             The ODPS has estimated that it will require one (1) full-time resource to provide up to twelve hundred (1200) hours for Fiscal Year 2013 (FY13), and two thousand (2000) hours in FY14 to complete this work.           Background Check must be brought in when interview conducted
