Description: QUALIFICATIONS:2 combined years experience in building and/or administrating an Altiris 6.0 and 7.0 Client Management Suite infrastructure in an environment of over 2000 managed systems.At least 1.5 years with CMS 7.0.Experience building and/or administrating an Altiris 6.9 Deployment Server infrastructureExperience with creating image deployments with Altiris 6.9.Experience with production software deployments using Altiris 7.0 and 7.1Experience creating either a custom inventory, report, or filter, using SQL in Altiris 7.0 or Altiris 7.1.Proficiency in SQL query language to write reports and troubleshoot issuesProficiency with VBscript, Power Shell, command scripts, and other scripting languagesDeep understanding of the following Altiris CMS technologies: 1. The selected candidate will sometimes need to work with the network team, Active Directory / Windows server team, service desk team, and database team while troubleshooting issues and designing solutions, so experience in those fields is a plus. Also, any experience with Altiris 7.1 (ITMS 7.1), especially with upgrading Altiris 7.0 to Altiris 7.1 is highly valued.
