To continue our growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a capital equipment Sales Representativeabased in our Edison office coveringaMorris, Sussex, Hunterdon, and Warrenacounties inNew Jersey.
Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our lines of capital equipment to a customer base of end users such as Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position, with responsibility for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, developing national accounts and introducing new products to the marketplace.
We provide our Sales Force with everything needed for success. This includes the leading product lines in the industry, award-winning marketing, excellent initial and ongoing training, sales tools, laptop, cell phone andacar allowance.

Experience and Skills:
Successful candidates will combine a 4 year degree with a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. Previous experience in industrial or commercial new construction sales or estimating is desirable.
In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and be skilled at building productive business relationships. Sales Representatives must have good knowledge of their territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis.
