This position involves providing engineering support to the RoHS/REACh compliance project. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Updating engineering drawings and part documentation as required for RoHS compliance. - Contacting and assisting suppliers to provide the necessary RoHS/REACh compliance information. - Assisting engineering team in the creation of Manufacturing Equivalent Parts and Bills of Materials.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong computer skills: Excel, MS-Office - Strong administrative experience - Willingness to become quickly proficient in MyWorkshop (document control system) - Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction - Ability to work independently - Strong communication skills, written and verbal - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and commitments and prioritize multiple tasks - Unrestricted authorization to work in the US
Desired Characteristics:
- Prior experience in RoHS compliance and the Medical Device industry, - Basic knowledge in Pro-E, AUTO-CAD
