Description: Summary of Position:

• We are currently searching for Security Guards to work at our Methadone Clinic (NET Steps program) located on Bridge Street in NE Philadelphia.
• We're currently searching for candidates who can meet the following requirements:

i. Must be able to work within the hours of 5:30am and 7:00pm
ii. Must be able to work weekends and holidays (24/7 Facility)

• Guards will be responsible for controlling the flow of clients coming in and out of the building while operating the reception work station in AMS (Clinic Shift Log).
• Assisting staff with clients who have behavioral problems
• Guards may be required to transport nurses and clients to other facilities and escorting nurses inside prisons as they dispense methadone
• Walking the facility grounds to secure the NET Steps site
• Position pays $10-12 an hour dependant upon level of security experience


Additional Requirements:

• 1 year of security experience preferred
• MUST have a valid Driver’s License (this position requires a valid Driver's License because you will drive our nurses to local prisons)
• MUST have an updated Criminal Clearance (this position requires a clear criminal record because you will work in the Philadelphia prison system)
• MUST have a High School diploma
• MUST be familiar with using computers
• Very strong work ethics in adhering to confidentiality standards
• Ability to speak, read, and write grammatically correct English
