We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Change Manager to join us in our Montvale office.

Responsibilities: - Serve as lead for ITIL implementation, specifically Incident and Service Request Management, and for improved day-to-day operations of the business, using methods and procedures appropriate for efficient and prompt response to Incidents and Service Requests - Lead changes of culture, approach, systems and processes within the Infrastructure Services department - Develop documents and publish change management standards, plans and procedures - Responsible for the successful implementation of any change to the Information Technology (IT) environment from receipt of a Request For Change (RFC) to the implementation of the change in the IT environment - Monitor compliance of the existing standard and emergency change management approval procedures and as appropriate revise non-compliant changes made outside the change management process - Coordinate, convene, and facilitate change review meetings, record decisions and maintain a schedule of approved and tentative system changes - Analyze change records to determine any trends or apparent process problems that occur and suggest improvements - Resolve change management scheduling conflicts and deviations according to established practices, and obtain advice when precedents are unclear or unavailable

Qualifications: - Seven years of progressive experience within IT and two years of performance management experience - Three years of database and data management experience focused on data integration, reconciliation and reporting - Strong systems integration, database planning and data analysis capabilities - Experience with a critical incident or crisis response process - Two years of Change Management/Release Management experience in a large corporate/matrixed ITS environment with a formal change management program - Bachelors degree in an IT related field from an accredited college/university - Experience creating and driving the initial start-up of new departmental functions, processes and procedures - Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize, effectively pay attention to detail and manage multiple processes and projects - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as well as in a team environment KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
