Trainees are provided one week of classroom training covering marketing, safety, safe food handling and guest services topics, followed by three weeks of on-the-job training at an ARAMARK location. Currently, ARAMARK offers training opportunities in the following positions: * Housekeeper * Floor Care Tech * Deli/Prep * Grill Cook * Server Compensation during training includes: $7.00 per hour, plus a transportation allowance and uniform shirts.
Qualifications The ideal training candidate will have: * At least 6 months continuous work experience in food service or housekeeping * Motivation to pursue a career in food or facility services * Desire to try new things and learn new skills * Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays * Ability to be at work as early as 6:30 am Due to funding restrictions, at this time all candidates must reside in Philadelphia to qualify for this program.
